Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotization are not merely technological innovations — they represent a deep structural transformation in the global supply chain system. As automation accelerates, manufacturing and logistics networks are redefined through algorithms, predictive analytics, and machine learning. This workshop explores how AI-driven decision systems and robotic process automation (RPA) are changing the geography of production, the nature of labor, and the meaning of value creation. While many forecasts emphasize efficiency and productivity, the true challenge lies in understanding the human, ethical, and socio-economic dimensions of this transformation. By drawing examples from European, Chinese, and global contexts, the session invites participants to discuss how universities, policymakers, and businesses can design AI-ready human systems that balance technological power with human purpose.

报告人简介：

Dr. Gábor Dániel Nagy, 匈牙利塞格德大学( University of Szeged, Hungary)副教授，博士生导师。专注于社会学、经济学与人力资源管理。现任社会包容卓越中心项目开发经理（the Centre of Excellence for Social Inclusion），在欧盟资助的创新、教育及包容性项目领域拥有超过17年经验。他的研究融合人工智能、工业5.0与社会变革，重点关注技术革新如何重塑工作模式、组织形态及人际关系。Dr. Nagy 曾于复旦大学求学，长期活跃于欧中合作领域，尤其在可持续发展、数字化转型与社会政策方面保持深度交流。
