研究内容

1. 锁模吸收体方向:

1)半导体饱和吸收镜(瞄准各类特殊超快激光器);

2)宽带材料吸收体(碳纳米管石墨烯等二维材料等)

2. 超快激光器:

1)固体超快激光器、亚纳秒调Q激光器;

2)光纤超快激光器

3)半导体超快激光器。

3. 应用技术

1)光学镀膜技术(生产型电子束蒸发设备),研究光学镜片及手机显示屏等光学镀膜;

2)激光打标与激光雕刻

33D打印技术结合人工智能编程

 

      到目前为止,与合作者共同在本领域发表论文300多篇,一二区论文近百篇。是Optics lettersOptics ExpressNanotechnology中国激光、光学学报、物理学报等10多个期刊的审稿人。现与中科院半导体所、西安光机所、山东大学、西北工业大学、西北大学、西安电子科技大学、西安邮电大学等多家研究机构和大学有密切的合作关系。
